My poor ipod took a nasty fall last week and died. The little frowny sad x-eyed ipod icon makes me sad. I’m a sucker for sad anthropomorphized objects. I kind of knew it was a lost cause, but I took it to the “Genius Bar” at the Apple store at the King of Prussia Mall anyway. I got the outcome I expected and walked away with a new ipod, recycling the old one. Which is fine, except the new ones don’t work with the camera adapter anymore, which is a bummer. The old ipod made a great storage device for photos while traveling. So now I need to figure out another way to store photos while on the road.

Oh, and it was raining and I took pictures of raindrops on the car window. And I remembered how much I dislike shopping malls. I go to one maybe twice a year when I need something, and almost always walk away feeling grouchy.
