Today was the best kind of weather- sunny but cool. The sun was really bright in the afternoon. This photo is of these big white square tree planters . I’ve always liked how the shadows of the trees fall on the planters.

Pretty much all I did today was sit at my computer and work on some new digital collages. So today’s photo is my new pen tablet. Exciting, I know. This is quite possibly the best computer tool ever invented though.

This evening we went on a ghost tour at Cliveden, a National Trust historic site in our neighborhood. The Battle of Germantown took place there in 1777, and the Chew House is rumored to be haunted. One of the organizers of the ghost tour clearly has a sense of humor:

I pass this building every day on my train rides to and from work. The train often stops here while waiting for Amtrak trains to pass. The building looks so ominous to me and I always wonder what it is. A school perhaps?
