Codex Seraphinanus
Codex Seraphinanus is a “collection of original artwork by Italian artist Luigi Serafini, presented as a travelogue or scientific study of an alien world.” All the text in the book is in an imaginary language/code that nobody has ever figured out, and the title is an acronym:

This was a tiny book that started out as a promotional booklet for a Roman clothing store. The etchings were added much later.
