Brass Pendant
Here’s my first project from the Jewelry Design and Metalsmithing class I’m taking at University of the arts, a brass pendant. I took a metalsmithing class in highschool, but nothing since then. I spend a lot of time making jewelry, but my skills are pretty much limited to beading and wirework and assembly. So I’m excited to learn some proper metalsmithing skills. Next up is a silver ring, which is awesome because I’ve developed something of a ring fetish over the last few years and have decided that I need a ring for my right index finger. I’ve been perusing some possibilities on Etsy, but all the better to make it myself!
