Old Stuff- Drawings 1995-1999.
Last year I finally got around to going to my parents’ house and cleaning out the big pile of stuff I had left in their basement post-college. This big pile of stuff included tons of old art, most of which I threw out. I’m enough of a pragmatist to know I don’t need piles of shitty charcoal figure drawings on newsprint, but enough of a romantic to spend hours photographing everything before throwing it all out. Here are some of the drawings from my art school days. First impressions: 1) I used to be much better at drawing than I am now, and 2) Hello, teen angst!
