Handmade Kites by Clemens Habicht
I love these kites by Clemens Habicht- so simple and beautiful. And clever- just look at how the head of the hangliding person forms the eye of the bird in this one:
I had a REALLY hard time choosing which ones I wanted to post here! They’re all so beautiful.
I thought they were really cool, and I wondered how hard/difficult these would be to teach to High School students to make. Because I am a artist/ art teacher? So I had the idea that kite design would be another good way to get students off their cell phones/etc, and back into the creative process, and not bore them!
