
Dinner, Tuesday October 20.
Noodle soup- broth is onions, ginger, scallions, celery, carrots, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, sherry, veggie bouillon, soy sauce. I wanted a really simple broth so I strained out all the veggies and added some scallions at the end. With steamed pac choi (tossed with soy sauce and seven secrets chile oil and gomashio). Topped with kimchi, because I’m addicted to it and put it on anything vaguely asian.
