I should have gotten a photo of my belated birthday dinner with my family at P.F. Chang, but I didn’t. So instead, here are some vegan marshmallows. That I got at my little corner grocery of all places. This little store is so strange, they sometimes stock random vegan things (Field Roast sausages, soy ice cream, seitan jerky, some vegan dumplings). They always have soymilk and tofu, and like ten kinds of hummus. All this a two minute walk from my abode. Love it. (Thank you Joa Mart!)
These were really good, so I’ll have to go back and see if any are left. I doubt the $6 container of vegan marshmallows is exactly flying off the shelf, unless there is a secret enclave of vegans around here that I don’t know about.
