It’s been a while since I posted any food things, so here is what I had for dinner tonight. BBQ tofu, black rice, green beans and zucchini (sauteed with vermouth, onions, shallots, and garlic), and coleslaw (cabbage, radishes, veganaise, ketchup, vinegar, agave nectar, various spices) . The BBQ sauce is homemade. Most bottled BBQ sauce isn’t that good and is full of unpronounceable ingredients and high fructose corn syrup so I like to make my own. I don’t have a recipe since I just added stuff randomly. It had apple cider vinegar, ketchup, blackstrap molasses, salt, pepper, agave nectar, and jalapeno relish. Yum.
